Access Your Account Securely Online
If you have a trust with Caltech, you can take advantage of a secure website where you can see information about your account.
You can view an activity summary, portfolio appraisal, asset allocation, investment performance, and account payment information for your trust account and also access informational materials.
This option is provided for your convenience. Unless you direct otherwise, written reports will still be sent to you by mail.
Account information is developed and maintained by TIAA Kaspick, Caltech’s planned-gift management service provider, and may be viewed by donors, beneficiaries, designated advisors, and key employees of Caltech and TIAA Kaspick.
How to Access Your Account
To access your account information online, send a request to the Caltech Office of Gift Planning. You can e-mail or mail your access request to:

Our office will mail a username and password to you. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log on.
If you have questions, please contact us at (626) 395-2927 or giftplanning@caltech.edu. For your safety, we will never issue or ask for usernames and passwords by e-mail.
How to Give Your Advisor Access
If you have an advisor who is actively involved in managing your affairs, you can request that he or she be given access to your online account information. Simply notify us and we will send you the form that authorizes online account access by advisors. At your request, advisor access can be revoked at any time.
